Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Join a Team That Makes a Difference

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a behavioral health unit. This role primarily focuses on safe medication administration and monitoring patients in a structured clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Observe and report changes in patient behavior and condition
• Record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration)
• Assist with basic patient care and comfort
• Support physicians and RNs as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
• Communicate effectively with patients and care teams

Schedule Options:
Full-time or Part-time

Shifts available:

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Part-time requirement: Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
