Event Photographer

Are you a talented and experienced Corporate Event Photographer with an eye for capturing the authentic moments that define a professional event? We are looking for a dedicated individual to document the vibrant atmosphere and crucial interactions at an upcoming technical seminar on Tuesday April 14th, 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your creative vision and technical skills to produce compelling imagery that tells the story of innovation and collaboration, directly impacting our client's promotional and outreach efforts.

Role: Event Photographer (Freelance/Local Austin)

Project: Power Supply Design Seminar (PSDS) 2026

Location: Renaissance Austin Hotel, 9721 Arboretum Blvd, Austin, TX

Date: April 14, 2026

Time: 8:45 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Coverage starts shortly before sessions begin)

**What You'll Do:**

As an integral part of our event documentation team, you will:

* Capture high-quality, candid imagery that reflects the professional "look and feel" of the event.

* Document attendees networking, checking in, and actively engaging during technical sessions.

* Take wide-angle shots of the venue, event setup, and classroom-style environments to convey the overall scale and setting.

* Focus on product and detail shots, including close-ups of training materials, lunch and networking setups, and dynamic "action" shots of professionals collaborating.

* Maintain a clean, corporate, and professional photographic style, focusing on authentic moments rather than staged headshots or specific speaker portraits.

* Deliver a full set of high-resolution, professionally edited digital images.

* Perform standard color correction and cropping to ensure all images meet high-quality standards.

* Provide timely delivery of all images via a digital gallery or transfer method within a specified timeframe.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Proven experience as a professional photographer, specifically in corporate event documentation.

* Demonstrated ability to capture high-quality, candid imagery in a corporate or technical setting.

* Proficiency in professional photo editing software for color correction and cropping.

* Strong understanding of photographic principles, composition, and lighting.

* Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.

* Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
