Our company is one of the most significant publicly traded water, wastewater service and natural gas providers in the U.S. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Lead and develop a team of employees and contractors by setting clear expectations, promoting accountability, providing coaching and feedback, and creating an engaged, high-performing work environment. Manage day-to-day operations across multiple facilities and work locations with a focus on safety, service quality, environmental stewardship, operational performance, and customer satisfaction. Plan, prioritize, and oversee daily work activities while coordinating resources to meet business needs and operational goals. Manage field operations, maintenance activities, repair programs, and contracted services to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. Develop, manage, and monitor operating budgets. Partner with internal stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and execute capital improvement and infrastructure projects. Maintain accurate operational records, performance metrics, and reporting systems to support business decisions, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement efforts. Coordinate with engineering, project management, and other support functions to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within established requirements. Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, municipalities, contractors, public agencies, and community stakeholders. Represent the company at meetings and public events as needed. Monitor operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, service quality, and reliability. Respond to operational issues, emergencies, and changing business priorities while ensuring continuity of service and support. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS
