Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist ( VA State Agency Experience ) Location: North Chesterfield, VA 23236 Pay Rate: $22.00hr. without benefits Duration: 4+ months Work Hours: 8-4:30 pm (30 min lunch) or 8-5 pm (1hr lunch) Job Description: Equipment to be used by the temporary staffing professional(s): Laptop. Computer software to be used: Microsoft 365, Cardinal (Statewide payment system) eVA(statewide procurement system), Spend Hub (custom financial system). Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience: Previous Accounts Payable knowledge & experience. Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement: Previous VA state agency experience, keying invoices and vouchers in Cardinal (statewide payment system). Desired skills: Microsoft Suite proficiency. Duties/Responsibilities: Audit and Key invoices and travel reimbursements into the statewide payment system (Cardinal) Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit readiness.
