Hours: M-F 10:30AM-7PM

Responsible for planning, directing, and supervising 8 administrative and clerical support staff CPP at Bayview. Duties include but not limited to:



  • Front desk collection reconciliation


    • Cash bags and drawers
    • Copays/deposits
    • Tickets and tokens
    • Petty cash
    • Monthly collection tracking for TOS goals


  • Supervise 8 staff, monthly supervision, team huddles and bi-annual performance evals


    • 4 registration
    • 1 authorization/billing
    • 2 AOP MOCs
    • 1 office assistant


  • Monitor staff payroll/timesheets, approve PTO/SSL, and issue occurrences/corrective action as needed
  • Monitor DARs for scheduling, insurance and HAR errors in EPIC for multiple programs and locations
  • Claim and registration wqs


    • 17 total


  • Supply ordering


    • Supply Management- masks, gloves, wipes, etc.
    • SMARTworks- transportation receipts, clinic pamphlets, and labels for zebra printers


  • Insurance verification for MA, EHP, MC, and BX
  • Weekly rejection reports for claim denials


    • Corrections and follow ups with therapists, doctors, and Keswick dept


  • Invoices for Iron Mountain for director
  • Telecom changes
  • Back up for:


    • Registration
    • MOCs
    • Authorizations



Salary Range: Minimum 21.53/hour - Maximum 37.68/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
