Our Opportunity We are seeking a strategic, results-driven marketing leader to drive integrated demand generation, account-based engagement, and AI-powered marketing programs that accelerate pipeline growth, customer expansion, and revenue. This role will lead the strategy, development, and execution of full-funnel marketing initiatives across priority accounts and customer segments. This leader will leverage AI, data, and advanced marketing technologies to improve targeting, personalize engagement at scale, and optimize campaign performance across the buyer journey. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital, and Marketing Operations teams, this role orchestrates integrated multi-channel campaigns that align messaging, audiences, and channels to deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketing leader who embraces AI-augmented work, with operational execution to build scalable, high-impact demand programs. What you will do: Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth * Develop and lead the global demand generation strategy to drive pipeline creation, revenue growth, and customer expansion. * Architect scalable, full-funnel programs that generate awareness, engagement, pipeline acceleration, and revenue impact. * Leverage AI-driven insights and predictive analytics to identify high-value accounts, prioritize opportunities, and optimize marketing investments. * Lead the development and execution of multi-channel integrated campaigns across digital, field, and account-based marketing programs. * Translate product positioning, customer insights, and business priorities into compelling marketing initiatives. * Utilize AI tools to accelerate campaign ideation, content development, audience segmentation, and personalization. * Design and scale account-based marketing (ABM/ABX) strategies that drive engagement across buying groups and priority accounts. * Identify cross-sell, upsell, and whitespace opportunities within existing customers. * Develop scalable frameworks for 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many account engagement programs. AI-Driven Marketing Innovation * Integrate AI into demand generation workflows to improve campaign performance, targeting precision, and operational efficiency. * Partner with Marketing Operations to evaluate and implement AI capabilities across the martech stack. * Establish best practices for responsible AI usage across campaign development, content generation, analytics, and workflow automation. * Identify opportunities to use AI for predictive scoring, account prioritization, audience segmentation, and personalization at scale. Channel Strategy & Program Execution Lead strategy and optimization across key marketing channels, including: * Webinars and virtual events * Email marketing and lifecycle nurture programs * Paid media and digital demand channels * Define success metrics including pipeline contribution, revenue attribution, and campaign ROI. * Leverage analytics and AI-enabled insights to continuously test, refine, and optimize marketing programs. * Partner with Marketing Operations and RevOps to develop dashboards, attribution models, and forecasting frameworks. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence * Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on demand generation and integrated marketing excellence.

What you will bring: Experience * Several years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation, integrated marketing, or account-based marketing. * Proven success building scalable multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth. * Experience leading complex marketing initiatives in enterprise or high-growth B2B environments. * Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives. AI & Technology Expertise * Experience incorporating AI tools and data-driven insights into marketing strategy, campaign execution, or analytics workflows. * Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing platforms for personalization, content generation, predictive analytics, or campaign optimization. * Experience leveraging data and automation to scale marketing operations and improve performance. Marketing Technology * Marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, or similar) * CRM platforms such as Salesforce * ABM and intent platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) * Campaign analytics, attribution, and reporting platforms Skills * Strategic thinking with strong execution capability * Data-driven decision making and analytical problem solving * Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence * Excellent project management and organizational skills * Clear communication and executive storytelling abilities Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required. Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. The salary range for this position is $168,500 to $252,500 * LOCATION: Plano, Texas Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan (select STV or SIP): Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply. Your Financial Security We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions of 4%. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan. Your Time Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
