Description * Assist sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders. * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. * Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. * Manage a database of incoming orders - data entry required * Follow compliance requirements for customer eligibility into payment programs.
