The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $84.78 - $109.85 (Hourly Rate). Required Qualifications
Two years of recent adult medical-surgical clinical RN experience in an acute care hospital.Active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of CaliforniaActive American Heart Association CPR certificationAbility to meet the physical requirements of the positionMultisystem assessment skills are essential to provide pain management, pulmonary and cardiovascular assessment, and management of fluid and electrolyte imbalanceThis position requires the flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations


Preferred Qualifications
BSNRecent clinical RN experience in an academic medical center

Required Qualifications:

  • Two years of recent adult medical-surgical clinical RN experience in an acute care hospital.
  • Active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
  • Active American Heart Association CPR certification
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
  • Multisystem assessment skills are essential to provide pain management, pulmonary and cardiovascular assessment, and management of fluid and electrolyte imbalance
  • This position requires the flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSN
  • Recent clinical RN experience in an academic medical center

License/Certification:

  • Active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
  • Active American Heart Association CPR certification
