Sr HR Specialist
Overview The Sr HR Specialist supports the people and HR execution of largescale organizational transformation initiatives and regular HR Programs within Waters. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver complex change across a global operations footprint. Based in Milford MA, this role requires a strong program leader who can independently drive timelines, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure accountability across multiple workstreams. Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of complex HR programs supporting enterprise initiatives.
Own program governance, including project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and execution cadence. Qualifications
