Risk Management Co-Op Student

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Adheres to the company's values - integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment, and innovation
• Supports company vision and mission
• Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings
• Works in coordination with risk team through contract management process
• Takes an active role in reviewing, renaming and filing COIs
• Performs weekly reports in DocuSign to ensure data compliance
• Analyzes multiple data points to ensure data integrity
• Constantly strives to improve processes and procedures in accordance with sound data management
• Assist risk management team with annual ERM assessment
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by management

• Maintains employee confidence and protects operations, including intellectual property, by keeping confidential information
• Develop and grow relationships with our Internal and External partners
• Contributes to team effort for the overall success of the department

• Ability to accurately solve problems and proficiency in data management

• Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Education Requirements:

• Required: Junior or Senior Candidate for a Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management or Finance.
