SEI is seeking an Identity and Access Management Analyst. IAM supports the access function within the overall risk framework across information and technology systems to protect client assets, client information, and SEI assets.

Our team drives the Identity Access Management (IAM) program and is responsible for managing the identity lifecycle, managing access to information resources, and authentication/authorization mechanisms. Identity and Access Management assesses ongoing adherence to security standards and industry-leading practices by participating in recurring and ad-hoc risk assessments on the various platforms and applications supported and provides consultation/guidance to our first-line partners on policy and standard requirements to reduce risk.

What you will do:

  • Provision and de-provision application / account access requests for internal and external users
  • Reset SEI and client passwords for various supported applications
  • Validate requested application access adheres to Identity and Access Management policies and standards
  • Respond to client access related inquiries via team phone line and or team emails
  • Follow up with application vendors and partners for open access/entitlement provisioning or report requests
  • Support client access and entitlement implementation or deconversion projects
  • Manage individual and team request queues to meet client SLAs
  • Educate clients on JIRA/Service Now request forms, how to reset passwords, and troubleshoot access issues
  • Coordinate with application support teams for access or entitlement technical issues
  • Operational review and analysis of access requests to ensure compliance
  • Supply user access and entitlement reports and work with internal and external audit reviews
  • Participate in role management development
  • Work across the organization to assist with implementation, execution, and support of the Identity Access Management Program
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships across all business units and all levels of the organization
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, JIRA and or Service Now. This person will also have experience with one or more of the following: Active Directory (AD), Ping, SharePoint, Copilot and/or multiple products in the IAM and automation space.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of financial services experience and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience across operations, technology, risk, legal, compliance, business management, or other control functions
  • Well rounded knowledge of distributed technology environments
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Service Now and Request /TASK ticketing system
  • Solid analytical skills and the ability to evaluate business aspects of existing and future technologies
  • Thorough analytical skills to decompose and simplify complex situations and problems, see patterns and research discrepancies
  • Previous experience with GDPR, UCITS, MIFID, FINRA, FFIEC, OCC, FCA, and CSSF regulatory environments a plus
  • Previous experience in internal audit, external audit, information security, or compliance a plus
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

This team follows a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office.
