About the Opportunity

We are seeking Software Engineers to support a high-impact modernization initiative focused on transforming a legacy loan application platform. This project involves migrating an existing .NET (4.8) application into a modern Angular-based application, leveraging API-driven architecture and Azure cloud technologies.

This work directly supports enhancements to the organization's digital sales and onboarding experience, improving end-to-end web application flow and user experience.

You will join a collaborative, agile environment working alongside Product Owners and Scrum Masters experienced in managing distributed teams, contributing to a large-scale, business-critical transformation.

What You'll Do
  • Contribute to the modernization of a legacy .NET application into a scalable Angular-based platform
  • Develop and enhance front-end applications using Angular (primary focus)
  • Support backend integration through APIs and Azure-based services
  • Participate in full software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, and support)
  • Build applications that are production-ready, scalable, and maintainable long-term
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve digital customer experience and onboarding flows
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and support applications in production environments

What You'll Do:
  • Design and specify information system solutions for business requirements.
  • Analyze client requirements and evaluate processes using technical expertise.
  • Develop, test, debug, and maintain applications and system components.
  • Prepare and execute detailed test plans and test data.
  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
  • Analyze complex system interdependencies across applications and platforms.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience with Angular and Azure cloud experience.
  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in .NET development (experience moving off legacy frameworks like .NET 4.8 is a plus)
  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience building and supporting production-level applications
  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience working with API-driven architecture
  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in Agile environments with distributed teams
  • Minimum of 5-7+ years demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills
What Sets You Apart:
  • Associate Degree
  • Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms.
  • Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.
  • Good lateral thinking skills.
  • Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities from a project management perspective.
  • Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.
  • Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing the application/system being supported.
  • Mastered understanding of applications supported with an advanced knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
  • Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects.
  • Mastered knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU).
  • Experience supporting production systems in a highly regulated environment.
