APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and reliability Follow production plans to meet customer requirements and deadlines Troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous improvement efforts Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals Maintain professionalism and contribute to a positive team environment Assist with cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process technician roles What Sets you apart: Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment Microsoft Office proficient (Excel/Word) Detail-oriented with strong mechanical aptitude Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
