The Director of Quality provides overall leadership, direction, and governance for quality management across multiple manufacturing sites for a manufacturing division. This role establishes and deploys a cohesive quality management approach (strategy, standards, systems, and routines) that strengthens compliance, improves customer confidence, and enables sustained improvement while driving a culture of continuous improvement. The role develops site level quality leadership, aligns quality initiatives with operational and business objectives, governs a multi-year divisional quality improvement roadmap focused on sustained reduction of Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and customer reported defect rates (PPM), and provides senior quality leadership support for designated business critical customer accounts. Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree Specialized Degree: Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field. 8-11 Years of Experience Field(s) of Expertise: Progressive experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related leadership roles within industrial or manufacturing environments. Licenses and Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent demonstrated experience. Preferred Education & Experience
Master's degree 12-14 Years of Experience Licenses and Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Spans of Control
