About the Role Do you enjoy turning cold prospects into actual sales opportunities? Canon USA seeks a motivated hunter to own the process of market penetration for our enterprise sales activities, from the introductory contact through transition to the sales team. This is a fully remote position with some overnight travel.
If you have a proven track record focused on market expansion which includes identifying, qualifying, and initiating and maintaining relationships with key stake holders, this could be the job for you! Your Impact - Initiate contact with pre-validated prospects by targeting key decision makers
- Execute high volume sales activities while engaging with key stakeholders - Develop new business opportunities and support the strategic business plan - Provide strategic prospecting by identifying and prioritizing high-value Enterprise accounts - Act as lead for activities supporting specific strategic contracts which result in qualified opportunities and appointments - Attend key industry events - Partner with Senior Sales Executives for seamless transition of prospects - Utilize and update activities in Salesforce CRM About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of customer management and social marketing/networking tools - Professional experience, preferably in outbound sales, business development, or high-stakes account management - High resilience, exceptional verbal/written communication for C-Suite interactions - Ability to learn Canon products and competitors - Ability to work autonomously and have excellent relationship management skills - Strong communication skills including the desire to build solid working relationships with a variety of businesses - Interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry - May require up to 25% national travel, including overnight travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary) - Strong knowledge of customer management and social marketing/networking tools - Ability to learn Canon processes including device configuration, pricing, order entry, shipping and device returns, document review In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated salary range for this role: $54,460 - $81,550 In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role if based in New York: $54,460 - $81,550 annually In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role if based in California: $70,310 - $81,550 In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role if based in Washington: $80,170 - $81,550 In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role if based in DC: $54,460 - $81,550 This position is eligible for incentive compensation under the terms of an applicable plan.
