Vasion is looking for an HR Business Partner that exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team. We are committed to making digital transformation attainable to everyone by building an affordable, integrated SaaS solution that simplifies business processes. Vasion offers a flexible working environment for our 400+ employees across the world, including at our global headquarters in St. George, Utah, or in one of our other offices in the UK, Germany, and Lehi, Utah.
Role Overview

You will be an active architect of workforce strategy as Vasion accelerates its AI transformation. You'll work closely with people leaders, the Director of HR Business Planning, and cross-functional partners to align talent, capability, and organizational design with the company's evolving business model. The HRBP maintains deep business literacy and uses it to drive a high-performance, change-agile culture across their assigned divisions.
Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Build trusted, consultative relationships with people leaders and department heads within assigned business units, serving as their go-to HR advisor.
- Attend divisional leadership meetings to maintain current understanding of business needs and contribute proactive HR insights.
- Partner with the Director of HR Business Planning on workforce re-engineering initiatives, including AI-driven role redesign and capacity impact analysis.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, talent development, change navigation, and team effectiveness.
Workforce Planning & Organizational Effectiveness
- Support workforce planning activities including headcount analysis, role design, and skills gap assessments within assigned divisions.
- Contribute to succession planning efforts, identifying high-potential talent and supporting development pathways.

- Partner on organizational design changes, providing on-the-ground perspective on how structural shifts affect employee experience and operations.
Change Agility & Transformation Support
- Serve as a change agent within assigned divisions during periods of organizational transformation, including AI tool adoption and workflow re-engineering.
- Help managers build change agility, equipping them to lead their teams through continuous adaptation rather than episodic change events.
- Collect and synthesize employee and manager feedback to inform transformation design and identify adoption risks early.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues for assigned business units with thoroughness, objectivity, and legal soundness.
- Partner with Legal as needed on complex ER investigations.
- Maintain current knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements, proactively mitigating risk.
- Navigate international employment considerations for employees based in the UK and Germany, including local labor law, works council awareness, and jurisdiction-specific compliance requirements.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to people leaders and employees.
Talent & Performance
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs within assigned divisions, contributing to role definition and assessment processes.
- Support the quarterly conversation cycle and guide managers on meaningful performance feedback and development planning.
- Analyze employee data (attrition, performance, engagement) to identify trends and recommend proactive interventions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in an HRBP or multi-discipline HR role, ideally in a technology or fast-growth SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with mid-level to senior leaders on strategic HR matters.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and compensation practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving toward clarity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with integrity and sound judgment.
