We are seeking a Lodging Assistant II, a journey-level professional responsible for specialized operational support within our Guest Services Team. In this role, you will apply a full range of skills to manage lodging and logistical needs, ensuring the success of critical district programs like the Colorado River Aqueduct (CRA) Inspection Tours. Event & Tour Support: Provide essential logistics for special events and CRA Inspection Tours, which are multi-day educational trips showcasing the region's water infrastructure to stakeholders and educators. Procurement: Utilize a district p-card to procure necessary items for events, tours, and the maintenance of appliances or equipment. Complex Problem Solving: Use professional judgment to interpret and adapt district policies and regulations. You will analyze diverse issues and select the best course of action to resolve conventional operational challenges. What You'll Do:
Concierge Service will include customer service for inspection trips, special functions and tours for the Board of Directors, member agencies, and others. Secures and maintains inventory of equipment, materials, and supplies.
