Respiratory Therapy Clinical Manager - Transport Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital Join our Transport team as a Respiratory Therapy Clinical Manager and lead clinical and administrative operations that ensure safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centered care. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to respiratory therapists, nurses, and physicians; manage day-to-day operations; and cultivate a culture of teamwork, compassion, and innovation. You will serve as a clinical and technical resource across respiratory care modalities and equipment, support multidisciplinary rounds and care planning, and drive quality, patient experience, and efficiency initiatives. *************** $10,000.00 Sign on Bonus **************** Summary:

Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
