Overview

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for an HR Staffing & Processes Administrator supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base in Tullahoma, TN. The HR Staffing & Processes Administrator will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

Open to internal and external candidates. This role is geared toward a new college graduate ready to start a career in Human Resources!

Job Summary

The successful candidate will primarily support staffing and systems efforts leveraging their ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with management, employees, and AEDC partners. During peak time, the HR Staffing & Processes Specialist may support other areas within HR such as Benefits and Recruiting.

Job Duties:

    Administer and maintain a compliant HRIS system that is administered and supports BNH organization management, HR programs and processes, and facilitates accurate and timely reporting to meet federal and state reporting requirements for BNH work locations.
  • Supports the development, continuous improvement and use of common work processes and procedures within Human Resources across the BNH contract.
  • Generate multiple scheduled reports as well as ad-hoc reports as requested by BNH management.
  • Maintain PeopleSoft Financials roster for BNH, Staff Aug, and Reackback employees to include adding, updating, and terminating employees as well as maintaining the Resources Cats for each employee.
  • Point of contact for all external employment verifications.
  • Receive, review, and process personnel actions and hiring actions.
  • Support out-processing of terminating BNH employees.
  • Support badge requests and CAC issuance for new hires as well as supporting CAC renewals, sponsorships, and reverifications.
  • Work within assigned team(s) with limited supervision, exercise independent judgement and decision making, take initiative to resolve issues, and support team success across BNH.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Prepare written communications and oral presentations included program and plan-related communications.
  • It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Business Field, HR preferred.
    • NOTE: This position is intended as an entry-level position, ideal for a new college graduate.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and access to the AEDC local area network.
  • Current U. S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge in HR information systems such as PeopleSoft and UKG, including organizational management, requirements identification, hierarchy management, account management, and reporting for compensation audits and other regulatory audits.
  • Ability to recognize problem areas and recommend and implement solutions around HRIS.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulatory requirements related to areas of responsibility such as privacy of data, government reporting requirements, and human resources program design and administration.

Salaries for part-time jobs will be adjusted based upon the number of hours agreed to work.
