Our client is looking to add an experienced Litigation Assistant to add to their well-established team. Position is open due to company growth! Responsibilities will include - Drafting, formatting and editing legal correspondence Preparing and managing contracts, filing and formatting briefs, motions, and discoveries Maintaining client files and working within document management system Preparing attorney billing documents Scheduling appointments, meetings and court dates Client and vendor contact Candidates must possess solid legal experience, advanced Microsoft Suite, outstanding communication skills, a proactive work style, and high level of professional savvy. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Salary range depending on experience, and a fantastic benefits package!
