Director, Long Haul OSP Program Controls The Director, Long Haul OSP Program Controls leads the crossfunctional organization responsible for contract governance, financial oversight, material procurement and standards compliance for long haul OSP programs. This role ensures consistency across all projects, drives operational efficiency, and maintains accountability for on time, on budget, and standards compliant delivery. The Director partners closely with OSP Deployment leadership, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, and external vendors, while also owning continuous improvement, performance analytics, and risk management across the long haul portfolio. The Director reports to the Head of Long Haul OSP Deployment. NOTE: The preferred Location for the role is the Denver Wynkoop Offices (in office several days per week). However, the team may be open to the position working remotely within the United States. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Program Governance

Estimated base salary range: $117,000 - $180,000 USD/annually. #LI-AF1 The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan. Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
