Day Shift: (6:00 AM - 3:30 PM | 8-hour shift) (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | 9-hour shift) (6:00 AM - 5:30 PM | 10-hour shift)

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

What the Job Looks Like

• Assemble fabricated parts following work instructions and specifications
• Set up and operate manual and CNC production equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and job orders
• Fabricate custom and specialty components
• Load, unload, and move materials using material handling equipment
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance standards
• Complete required documentation and electronic records (barcoding, checklists, shipping/receiving)
• Perform pre-shift preventative maintenance on equipment
• Maintain a clean workspace following 5S and housekeeping standards
• Follow all Quality Management System (QMS), Safety policies, and company guidelines
