Position Description
As a Senior Product Manager at CostQuest Associates, you will leverage insights from customer feedback, behavioral data, and industry trends to shape and refine the product vision, translating it into a strategic roadmap that aligns organizational priorities with evolving market needs. This role calls for an empathetic, collaborative team player who excels in
communication and has a strong history of delivering impactful, user-centered products.
Position Responsibilities:
- Spend quality time with current and prospective customers to deeply understand their use case, pain points, and future needs.
- Influence the direction of our product by analyzing data, reporting on trends, and suggesting courses of action with a product roadmap.
- Partner with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to build experiments and identify key goals for existing features and new releases.
- Build dashboards and reports to drive awareness and understanding of key metrics and experiment results.

- Write product requirement documentation to serve as a baseline for feature implementation.
- Work closely with the engineering team to add new metrics, implement A/B tests, and develop data sets to empower operational and exploratory analyses.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that any deliverables are prioritized and delivered on time.
- Take smart risks and champion new ideas.
Required Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years in product management with a demonstrated ability to drive the full lifecycle of SaaS product development, including strategic outbound customer discovery, successful product launches, driving post-delivery adoption, optimizing customer satisfaction, conducting in-depth ROI analysis, and executing data-driven feature sunsetting.
- Data fluency: Expertise in interpreting quantitative and qualitative data, with a strong ability to translate insights into actionable product improvements. Experience with behavioral analytics frameworks and SQL is preferred.
- Customer-centric mindset: Demonstrated experience in conducting customer interviews and translating user feedback into impactful product features.
- Cross-domain synthesis: Ability to incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product decisions.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and outcomes to diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving ability: A strategic and detail-oriented approach to addressing challenges and seizing opportunities.
- Collaborative leadership: Proven success leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions in fast-paced environments.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Occasional travel to Seattle and other locations as needed.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States to meet U.S. Government clearance requirements.
- Ability to pass a U.S. Public Trust background investigation; must have lived in the U.S. for the past three (3) years.
