Job Description

The NA Serial Life and Regional Process Support Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the ongoing performance of serial production purchasing activities and supporting regional process improvements within the North American purchasing organization. This position ensures effective supplier management, cost optimization, and process compliance throughout the product lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Lead and coordinate serial life process support for North American purchasing, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply of components and materials
  • Drive regional process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with global purchasing strategies and compliance requirements
  • Act as the primary interface between the purchasing organization and other business units for serial life and process-related topics
  • Support change management processes, including engineering changes, supplier transitions, and cost reduction projects
  • Analyze purchasing data and KPIs to identify opportunities for efficiency
  • Support training and best practice sharing as a subject matter expert across the regional purchasing teams

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or process management roles, preferably within a OEM environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with procurement systems and data analysis tools


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree
