On-site Location 10260 McKee Road, Collegedale TN 37315 Job Summary McKee Foods is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Employee Health Services (EHS) team. In this role, you will provide high-quality healthcare services to our employees, promoting wellness and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. The RN will respond to medical emergencies, perform post-offer physical examinations, provide case management, assess for return to work, manage the medical aspects of Workers' Compensation claims, and assist in health-related programs. Workers' Compensation case management Working as liaison with the safety department Administering drug/alcohol tests as necessary Conducting pre-employment physicals and drug screens Coordinating and participating in various health and wellness programs Securing medical files and maintaining HIPAA compliance Providing first aid treatment Required Qualifications Minimum of two years nursing experience Current Tennessee RN License CPR certified Strong organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and communicate effectively Customer service oriented Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and handle frequent interruptions Computer proficient Preferred Qualifications COHN or COHN-S certification Case Management certification Prior experience in a manufacturing setting Benefits Competitive weekly pay 401(k) with matching contributions Credit Union Exercise and recreation facility We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
