What You'll Do: In this role, you will be working as part of a captive finance team to facilitate sales and maximize value for Cisco products and services. You are a strong consensus builder with the flexibility and knowledge to identify and develop the best transaction for Cisco, its channel partners and its customers. Serving as the account manager for a defined group of customers you will be the face of Cisco Capital and manage the necessary internal and external relationships to deliver on customer outcomes and Cisco success. The responsibility of managing a group of Commercial customers includes financial performance. This role is responsible for exceeding bookings goal, managing forecast accuracy, providing customer insight, and strategically leveraging all financial solutions to deliver upon customer outcomes. Internally, the Financial Sales Specialist will be a strategic leader influencing your own team along with an integrated cross-functional team across Cisco Capital, Cisco Systems, Inc., and the partner ecosystem. Who You'll Work With You'll be part of a team of other Financial Sales Specialists that work with the Cisco Commercial Sales teams, Partners, and Customers to provide market leading financial solutions for investments. You will deliver creative deal structuring for strategic sales opportunities that is aligned closely with Cisco's Goals and Initiatives of our fiscal year within the sales geography. You'll provide an excellent level of service to our customers, Cisco and partners, and contribute to the overall Cisco customer experience. You'll bring your experience and energy to help this successful team's further success. For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below: New York City Metro Area: $221,400.00 - $322,300.00Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $215,600.00 - $313,900.00* For quota-based sales roles on Cisco's sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined. ** Employees in Illinois, whether exempt or non-exempt, will participate in a unique time off program to meet local requirements. | |
