Description Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Administration & Development Serve as the primary administrator for ServiceNow Configure, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and integrations Support incident, request, and change management processes within ServiceNow Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into ServiceNow configurations Application Integrations & APIs Design, build, and maintain application integrations across enterprise systems Develop and manage API integrations and data exchange processes Support file-based integrations (e.g., secure file drops where data is processed by downstream systems) Ensure reliability, performance, and security of integrations Enterprise Systems Support Support and integrate Ellucian Colleague (UniData-based environment) Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support data flow between Colleague and other systems Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization Participate in troubleshooting and resolving integration and data issues Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with internal IT teams, vendors, and campus partners Document integration designs, configurations, and support processes Contribute to best practices for enterprise application and integration management Skills service now Top Skills Details service now Additional Skills & Qualifications xperience supporting higher education enterprise systems Familiarity with Banner environments (in addition to Colleague) Experience working in a team-based IT environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of High Point, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
