Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET / Angular) About the Project TEKsystems' client develops and maintains missioncritical software for a large U.S.-based importer/exporter. The platform enables customers to move goods into and out of the country by supporting: * Shipment logistics * Regulatory compliance * Tariffs, taxes, fees, and rebates * Issue tracking and support for shipment-related problems This role supports a long-standing, enterprise-level platform that serves as one of the organization's core product offerings and continues to be actively enhanced and maintained. Position Overview The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for full stack development and ongoing maintenance of a complex enterprise application. This individual will play a key role in designing, building, and supporting scalable systems while working closely with a small, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities * Maintain a high level of proficiency in company-directed advanced technologies and development methodologies for assigned applications. * Apply advanced systems analysis and design skills to create flexible, scalable solutions to complex business problems. * Clearly and effectively communicate technical solutions to team members, business stakeholders, management, and cross-functional project teams. * Utilize proven project management practices to plan, track, and report on project status. * Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks while managing customer and leadership expectations. * Participate in the evaluation of new tools, technologies, and methodologies, and assist with their initial adoption. * Maintain high personal productivity and quality standards while helping teammates and the broader organization improve processes and outcomes. * Adapt positively to change and encourage others to do the same. * Operate with a strong sense of urgency, emphasizing action and rapid issue resolution. * Foster collaboration, build consensus, and effectively resolve conflicts. Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience * 10+ years of U.S. industry experience with .NET Core * 10+ years of U.S. industry experience with C# * 7+ years of U.S. industry experience with Angular * Currently using a modern Angular version (flexible on specific version experience) * 10+ years of experience building APIs from scratch * 10+ years of experience designing and building microservices from scratch * Demonstrated ability to work independently, take direction well, and communicate clearly * Strong preference for candidates from small team environments (approximately 3-10 people) Core Technologies * Angular * C# / .NET * SQL * Microservices Architecture * RESTful APIs * Full Stack Development Experience Level Expert Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $69.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
