Job Description

Position Summary

The Office Services Associate (Porter-Focused) supports a clean, organized, and professional office environment through daily porter and facilities services. This role is primarily responsible for cleaning rounds, restroom and pantry upkeep, trash removal, and proactive issue reporting across employee and client-facing areas.

The position supports a fast-paced, client-facing financial services environment and requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to established service standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled porter rounds to maintain cleanliness across offices, restrooms, pantries, conference rooms, and common areas.
  • Empty trash and recycling; restock restroom and pantry supplies; clean high-touch surfaces.
  • Maintain restrooms and kitchen areas to hygiene and service standards.
  • Use porter carts, tools, and cleaning equipment safely and properly; report supply or equipment issues.
  • Identify and report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns.
  • Communicate updates using logs, checklists, and approved tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
  • Comply with all Williams Lea and client policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and appearance standards.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of office services or porter experience, preferably in a corporate, financial services, legal, or large professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general back-office and facilities procedures.
  • Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-visibility office environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical porter-related tasks

Additional Information

Therate of pay for this role at the noted RRD location is $23/ hour. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. RRD's benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.

Shift:Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
