Job Title: Logistics Project Specialist
Location: Wichita, KS
Employment Type: Contract (12 months)
Industry: Manufacturing
Compensation: $22.00 /hr.
Schedule: 40 hrs/Week.
About the Opportunity:
  • Maintain, update, and communicate logistics-related information (master data, delivery schedules, stock, order status, contract details) with suppliers, procurement, and logistics providers.
  • Analyze operational logistics status, inform stakeholders, and implement alternative measures when situations change.
  • Prepare and communicate deficiency and status reports on material and product availability for Project Logistics Management (PLM).
  • Handle complaints and transport damages in coordination with stakeholders (PLM, Procurement, Insurance, Controlling, Quality, Engineering), and implement corrective actions.

What You'll Do:
  • Apply professional technical, economic, or scientific knowledge, tools, and methods to varied and changing situations.

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or project coordination.

  • Good knowledge in a technical field or business method, including the basic theoretical background.
  • Contributes to team effort, awareness of expected value added.
