Description MaineHealth CorporateProfessional - Nonclinical Summary: Human Resources Operations Advisor (HROA) The Human ResourcesOperations Advisor (HROA) is a problemsolver and trusted partner who thrives in a fastpaced healthcare environment and serves as the primary point of contact for operational HR matters.You'll help navigate complex HR operations while supporting the leaders and teams who make patient care possible. You'll work closely with HR colleagues, clinical leaders, and other stakeholders to support operational work related to job descriptions, leave of absence programs, immigration, compliance, HR policies, and HR technology. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into complex issues, evaluating multiple perspectives, and applying sound judgment to deliver practical, compliant solutions. The HROA plays a critical role in ensuring HR programs align with healthcarespecific regulatory requirements while continuously improving processes that support a stable, engaged workforce.
