Overview Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our Curtis location in Champaign, Illinois. Opportunity Details 100% outpatient; Monday - Friday Patient Centered Medical Home Model Family Medicine is housed in a large multi-specialty center which includes Adult Medicine and Pediatrics as well as Convenient Care, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Cardiology, Cardiac Rehab, Pulmonary Rehab, and Dermatology Onsite Laboratory, Radiology, Sonography and Pharmacy services Additional integrated services include Dietary support, Diabetic educators, Social Services, embedded Pharmacist, and embedded Behavioral Health counselor Physician and APP Partnership exist to manage a panel of patients Call is 1:7 telephone only, and supported by nurse advisory line Opportunity to teach medical students Opportunity to moonlight in Convenient Care, which is open 365 days a year, providing extended access for patients beyond traditional clinic hours Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation's first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering About Our Community Champaign-Urbana has been defined as a micro-urban community, meaning we have many of the amenities of a much bigger city, with the feel of a smaller town. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $360,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
