Job Title: Business Connectivity Analyst

Building Location: Mossville IL

Daily Schedule: 7 am - 4 pm

Estimated Duration 12 months

Pay Range: $35-38/hr

Job Description:

The main function of a business operations specialist is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT

projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level.

Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.

Job Responsibilities:

* Review and approve contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements.

* Approve project and work breakdown structures.

* Review and approve the documentation of business processes.

* Approve project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.

* Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions.

* Consult with corporate offices, project managers, auditors, client and sub-consultant representatives regarding future proposals.

* Prepare sub-agreements and review and input sub-consultant invoices to ensure contact compliance.

Skills:

* Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.

* Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.

* Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. * Strong ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.

* Strong ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.

* Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus. Education/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.

* 8-10 years experience required.

Additional Role Details: Experience related to telematics connectivity & commercial exposure required

As a member of our Technology's Connectivity team this role will be the initial point-of-contact to support dealers and internal representatives in our efforts to upgrade equipment with the latest Connectivity technology

- specifically supporting Mining applications.

- Willing to take 2 year degree with 7+ years of experience

- Master's degree would still require 5 years of experience

Over time, the person will ideally become an SME in a narrow area of Connectivity solutions.

- currently familiar with Connectivity solutions (Product Link / Vision Link), experience with Warranty systems.

Key Job Functions & Skills for role

Primary Assignment

- RI Dealer / Business Support for day-to-day activities processing custom software licensing & oversight for RI specific parts (50 - 60%)

- Critical skill 1: Dealer Communication

- Critical skill 2: S&OP for ~100 RI Parts and Kits

Secondary assignments depending on how strong

- Investigate / Triage Connectivity Commercial Program Hand-up Tickets from Customer Support and from Regional Reps.
