Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking a qualified Strategic Support Specialist. The Strategic Support Specialist shall provide project, information, and communication support to senior INSCOM leadership under the guidance of government personnel. The contractor must apply specialized expertise to assist with key initiatives, research, and analysis, focusing on efficient execution and information flow while aligning with strategic mission objectives. This includes assisting healthcare leaders with complex problem-solving and decision-making by applying lessons learned from healthcare operations. The contractor must strictly comply with all federal privacy and security regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), when handling medical information. The contractor shall also

anticipate organizational support needs, propose process enhancements, and ensure seamless coordination of administrative and strategic tasks.



  • Provide project, information, and communication support to senior INSCOM leadership under the guidance of government personnel.
  • Apply specialized expertise to assist with key initiatives, research, and analysis, focusing on efficient execution and information flow while aligning with strategic mission objectives.
  • Assist healthcare leaders with complex problem-solving and decision-making by applying lessons learned from healthcare operations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all federal privacy and security regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Privacy Act of 1974.
  • Anticipate organizational support needs, propose process enhancements, and ensure seamless coordination of administrative and strategic tasks.
  • Coordinate assigned medical planning, operations, programming, and special projects, tracking timelines and monitoring resource allocation.
  • Enhance Senior Leader Staff oversight through real-time synchronization during daily and weekly meetings, boards, briefings, and working groups.
  • Identify and document administrative and operational process gaps, offering recommendations for potential improvements.
  • Provide critical task continuity for Senior Medical and Operations Officers throughout all phases of Operations activities.
  • Draft updated standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for review and approval by government staff.
  • Assist in executing command programs and contingency planning that impact medical section training readiness and health promotion considerations.
  • Collect, organize, and track performance metrics for key initiatives and assist in preparing data summaries for leadership.
  • Research and summarize new or changing federal regulations, directives, and operating procedures, and aid in translating this guidance into actionable plans.
  • Draft, edit, and format internal and external communications, briefings, and publications on behalf of government leadership, ensuring proper protocol.


The total hourly pay for this non-exempt position is $62.78 per hour for up to 40 hours per week. This is comprised of a base hourly rate of $57.69 plus $5.09 per hour Health & Welfare (H&W) for up to 40 hours per week as required by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) regulations.The above range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a 401K with company match.
