OVERVIEW: The Social Service Coordinator oversees the daily operations of social service programs designed to support individuals and families in achieving stability and self-sufficiency. This role ensures services are delivered effectively and in compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements, while providing supervision and guidance to program staff. Serving as a liaison between clients, community partners, and internal departments, the coordinator promotes a client-centered approach, supports crisis intervention and case management efforts, and ensures accurate documentation and reporting. In a fast-paced nonprofit environment, this position fosters professionalism, accountability, and continuous program improvement aligned with the organization's mission. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Computer experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office database programs.
