Description

UDR, Inc. is now hiring a Corporate and Furnished Administrator to join our team at our corporate office in Highlands Ranch.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Support UDR Corporate Housing Rentals and Short-Term Furnished Rentals Programs. Accountable for and focused on providing clear and accurate communication across multiple corporate teams, on-site staff, corporate clients/guests, while providing exemplary customer service and affording the best guest experience possible. Position will assist with streamlining process efficiencies and implementing innovative solutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  1. Support operations for Corporate Housing and Short-Term Furnished Rental programs.
  2. Administer corporate client and individual furnished documentation, lease agreements, and required paperwork.
  3. Generate, distribute, and manage lease execution and recordkeeping in OneSite
  4. Ensure all move-in requirements are completed, including unit readiness, documentation, and access setup
  5. Prepare and distribute customized pre-move-in communications and instructions.
  6. Coordinate vendor services for furniture, housewares, and telecom, including ordering, scheduling, and issue resolution.
  7. Manage delivery logistics and vendor access, including elevator and loading coordination.
  8. Oversee telecom and utilities lifecycle, including setup, installation, disconnection, and equipment tracking.
  9. Maintain accurate tracking systems and ensure data consistency across platforms.
  10. Document all lease and resident communications within property management systems.
  11. Coordinate maintenance requests when necessary, and communicate status updates with clients and on-site teams.
  12. Manage notice-to-vacate processes and related documentation.
  13. Support financial operations including reporting, deposits, payment processing, and reconciliations.
  14. Oversee corporate resident financial accounts, including billing setup, payment processing, deposits, reconciliations, and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
  15. Manage corporate resident billing communication and collections, resolving discrepancies, setting payment expectations, and pursuing delinquencies and post-move-out balances.
  16. Complete client-specific requirements such as build sheets, inspections, and onboarding documentation.
  17. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and standardize operations.
  18. Contribute to program performance, occupancy, and revenue growth initiatives.
  19. Provide operational support and backup coverage as needed.


TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Occasionally lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Extensive internet research and excel documentation requires the ability to sit for long periods of time. Regular and consistent attendance on the job is an essential function.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment. Occasional evening or weekend work. Occasional travel in the United States to UDR properties.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  2. Minimum of two to four years' bookkeeping, A/R and/or collections experience required, preferably in multifamily industry or corporate housing industry.
  3. Minimum of two years' office experience required; focused specifically on customer
  4. Property management experience is a
  5. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license unless otherwise

Hourly Range:
* $33.65/hr. - $38.46/hr., depends on experience

Bonus Potential:
* Eligible for 10% annual bonus potential, based on personal and company performance
