Description This role will serve as the primary on-site leader, coordinating field operations, updating stakeholders and overseeing administrative and operational aspects of the project. Is working to become the nations leading provider in Perimeter Physical Security and they are relying on adding to these leadership positions to help them build forward. This role is 100% TRAVEL, 26 days on and then a Long Weekend off. This will look like arriving to a site Monday and working M-SAT 6-4. Hotels, Travel, Food, and other expenses are covered by the company and prides themselves of taking care of their workers while they are out on a site. Daily Responsibilities of this role include: - Overseeing Crew Safety Meetings - Customer Documentation, Reporting and Meetings - Meetings with Subcontractors and trades on site - Working with PMs to ensure customer delivery - Overlaying drawings - Reading Grades/Cuts in Fields - Manages materials, equipment and supplies to forecast future work Skills Construction management, Blueprints, Microsoft, CAD, BlueBeam, Physical Security, construction, project scheduling, project budgets Top Skills Details Construction management,Blueprints,Microsoft,CAD,BlueBeam Additional Skills & Qualifications Soft Skills: - Dealing with conflict resolution - Forward thinking, detail oriented - HIGH level of detail in communication Qualifications: - NEED AN OSHA 30 CERT (ACTIVE) - Some kind of Heavy Equipment Cert Would love to have: - PMP/PMI - Any other certs Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Cottondale, AL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
