Pay Rate: $17.00+ per hour

Looking for a Forklift and Saw Operator job where you're more than just a number on a clipboard? Here's the deal: We're hiring operators who keep the whole place moving. No forklift? No flow. And we know it.

This is what it takes to work for us.

• High school diploma required; technical training preferred
• 1+ year of forklift and/or saw operation experience
• Machine shop experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and industrial conditions
• Must wear required PPE and operate equipment safely at all times

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and package steel materials to meet customer specifications
• Operate saws, forklifts (12,000+ lb capacity), and overhead cranes safely
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Read tape measures and verify dimensions for quality and accuracy
• Perform basic machine operations based on drawings and work orders
• Maintain productivity, quality standards, and timely order completion
• Follow all safety policies and participate in required training
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Track work, report issues, and assist with inventory as needed
