• Previous warehouse admin or CSR experience is a plus

What You'll Do:

• Provide administrative support in a busy warehouse setting
• Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email
• Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and leadership to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office tasks
