• Steel-toe boots required (PPE)
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
• Ability to work outdoors in an industrial setting
• Dependable with strong attendance
• Load sand into sandblasting equipment (no blasting required)
• Chip paint using a needle gun
• Assist with general labor and site support tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
