As a Security Guard Patrol Clearance Required in Sunnyvale, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aero/defense location as an unarmed patrol professional. In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site procedures, and help to deter unauthorized access to designated areas.
• Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, preparing routine reports, and following post orders for assigned patrol duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD TS-SCI clearance is required.
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
