Floor-Ready Requirements

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required
• Experience in corrugated, packaging, or paper products manufacturing is preferred
• Ability to read and understand work orders and production documents
• Basic math and measurement skills (tape measure proficiency required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift, stack, and move materials in a physically demanding environment
• Standing for 8-12 hours and lifting 50 pounds

On the Line

• Report to the Production Supervisor and assist Equipment Operators on corrugator and converting machines
• Support the production of corrugated cardboard products, including sheets, boxes, and packaging materials
• Read and interpret work orders, print cards, and job specifications to meet customer requirements
• Identify and stage correct paper stock and materials for production runs
• Assist with machine setup, operation support, and changeovers as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality, including dimensions, print, and structural integrity
• Measure materials using tape measures and other tools to ensure accuracy
• Count, stack, bundle, and unitize finished cardboard products for shipment
