Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM Monday + Wednesday-Saturday (off Sunday and Tuesday)

• Experience in LIHTC compliance, affordable housing, or property management. (2-3 years)
• Knowledge of IRS and state housing agency rules.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage LIHTC compliance, including tenant income and rent certifications.
• Maintain accurate records for audits, investor reporting, and regulatory reviews.
• Assist property teams with training and guidance on LIHTC regulations.
• Serve as the point of contact for auditors, investors, and government agencies.
