Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday with Saturdays

We're hiring a Groundskeeper in Aurora, and this is your chance to work outside, use your hands, and keep the property clean, green, and looking sharp.

What's Required to Get Started

• Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or custodial work (1+ years).
• Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of plants, lawn care, and general maintenance is a plus.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas, including walkways, landscaping, parking lots, and common areas.
• Mow lawns, trim shrubs, rake leaves, and maintain flower beds and gardens.
• Sweep, power wash, and remove debris from sidewalks, entrances, and outdoor common areas.
• Assist with snow removal, trash collection, and recycling as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of grounds and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good working order.
• Report safety hazards, repairs, or maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Support special projects or seasonal tasks as assigned.
