Overview We are looking for an energetic, patient, and creative Kids Club Attendantto join our team! In this role,you'llberesponsible forcreating a safe, engaging, and memorable environment for children while their parents enjoy our Club, Spa, or hotel facilities. If you have a natural ability to connect with kids,a high levelof responsibility, and a passion forplay, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Supervision & Safety:Maintain a constant watch over all children in the club, ensuring a secure environment and following all safety and check-in/check-out protocols. Activity Coordination:Lead andparticipatein age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, organized games, and physical play. Customer Service:Greet parents and children warmly, providing clear communicationregardingclub policies, schedules, and any feedback about the child's stay. Environment Upkeep:Keep the play area clean, organized, and sanitized. Ensure all toys and equipment are in good working order. Conflict Resolution:Gently manage behavioral issues or disagreements between children using positive reinforcement and patience. Basic Care:Assistyounger children with basic needs (e.g., snacks or bathroom breaks) Qualifications & Skills Experience:Previousexperience in childcare, teaching, camp counseling, or a similar role is highly preferred. Certification:Standard First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within30 daysof hire). Personality:High energy, approachable, and able to remain calm under pressure (or during a game of tag). Reliability:Strong punctuality and a professional attitude toward safety and child welfare. Communication:Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with both toddlers and adults. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move for extended periods. Must be comfortable bending, kneeling, and sitting on the floor to interact with children at their eye level. Lifting upto 30lbsmay berequired.
