The Graduate Intern is an entry-level professional role intended for a recent college graduate seeking to develop foundational experience in manufacturing business operations and product management. This position supports the Director of Sustainability and the Director of Product Management in the planning, analysis, coordination, and execution of operational and product-related initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Support product managers in the execution of product strategy and day-to-day product management activities. * Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities. * Assist in gathering, organizing, and summarizing customer, field, and stakeholder feedback to support product decisions. * Prepare and maintain product-related documentation, including presentations, reports, product requirements, and meeting summaries. * Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions to support cross-functional alignment and execution. * Participate in cross-functional meetings with engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and customer support teams. * Analyze product, market, and business data and present findings in a clear and professional manner. Qualifications * Recent college graduate with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. * Demonstrated interest in product management, business strategy, marketing, or innovation. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally. * Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
