The Role As Director, Product Strategy, you will own the strategic direction of EZRA's proposition portfolio-defining what we build, why it matters, and how it evolves over time. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will lead a high-impact team and act as the executive voice for product strategy, translating market intelligence and company vision into clear, data-driven direction-especially in shaping our AI-powered product roadmap. What You'll Do: Define and own the proposition portfolio strategy, including vision, roadmap, lifecycle decisions, and investment priorities Lead market and competitive intelligence, translating insights into actionable product direction and portfolio positioning Develop pricing recommendations and commercial frameworks, and build business cases for new propositions and investments Own pilot and soft launch strategy, including MVP validation, success criteria, and go/no-go decision frameworks Drive portfolio performance through defined metrics, dashboards, and data-led strategic decisions Provide executive-level leadership and alignment across Product, Commercial, and Technology teams while leading and developing the Product Strategy function About you 10+ years of experience in product strategy, management consulting, or business strategy roles Experience leading strategic teams and influencing executive stakeholders and company-wide decisions Strong experience developing product portfolio strategies, including pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management Proven ability to translate market intelligence and data into clear strategic direction and investment decisions Experience working with AI-powered products and understanding how AI impacts product strategy and market positioning Experience in a services-enabled-by-platform business model (preferred over pure SaaS environments) Life at EZRA Your Own World-class coach to help you grow personally and professionally.
