What this job involves:

As a Quality Control Coordinator, you'll lead JLL's quality assurance program, ensuring all services meet rigorous standards through systematic inspections, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll coordinate quality control inspections, manage FAA Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE) interactions, and oversee comprehensive documentation in the Facilities Management System (FMMS). This role combines analytical expertise with regulatory knowledge as you review performance metrics, identify trends, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) and DOL regulations including McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis-Bacon Act (DBA). You'll drive a culture of quality excellence by ensuring all staff complete required training and services are executed to exacting standards with complete documentation.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Coordinate all quality control inspections across facilities, performing quality control analysis and providing continuous improvement recommendations to management based on findings and trends
  • Manage interactions with FAA Quality Assurance Evaluators (QAEs), coordinating inspections and ensuring all services are documented in detail including craftsperson notes, labor hours, materials, and inspection results
  • Review performance metrics, monthly reports, and nonconformance records to identify trends and implement process improvements for recurring quality issues
  • Identify service deficiencies and promptly address them through corrective action procedures, ensuring all work is completed according to established Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs)
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and reporting via FMMS, maintaining accurate records of all quality inspections, findings, corrective actions, and service completion details
  • Develop and deliver site-specific quality training programs for all staff, ensuring understanding of standards for completing service calls and documenting required work details
  • Monitor compliance with DOL regulations including McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis-Bacon Act (DBA), ensuring adherence to wage determinations and labor requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Quality Control Management (QCM) with demonstrated progression of responsibilities
  • Extensive knowledge of Department of Labor (DOL) regulations including McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to review performance data, identify trends, and implement effective process improvements
  • Experience developing and implementing corrective action procedures and quality management systems
  • Proficiency with facilities management systems or CMMS platforms for documentation, reporting, and quality tracking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional quality certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
  • Experience working with FAA Quality Assurance Evaluators or similar government oversight agencies
  • Background in government contracting or federally regulated facilities management operations
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management standards and audit processes
  • Experience with FMMS (Facilities Management and Maintenance System) or similar enterprise facilities platforms
  • Proven track record developing training programs and building quality culture within operations teams

Estimated compensation for this position:

110,000.00 - 120,119.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
