Position Overview
We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member who takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining the high standards our hotel is known for. What You'll Do

  • Provide outstanding service by addressing guest requests and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Clean and service guest rooms according to Hilton and Shaner standards, prioritizing based on room category.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas.
  • Follow all safety, security, and housekeeping procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Restock and organize your housekeeping cart at the end of each shift.
  • Perform deep cleaning and seasonal tasks as scheduled.
  • Report maintenance issues to ensure rooms remain in top condition.
  • Support the team with additional duties as needed.

Work Schedule
Flexibility is important in this role. Availability for weekends, holidays, and varied shifts is required.

What We're Looking For

  • At least one year of cleaning experience (hotel experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety practices.
  • A commitment to maintaining guest privacy, security, and satisfaction.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with local attractions and activities is an added benefit.
