What to Expect

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to join our Sales and Delivery Operations team. In this critical role, you will drive Field Excellence initiatives and lead our Recognition Programs to elevate performance, foster a culture of achievement, and ensure seamless execution across our sales and delivery operations. You will partner closely with field teams, leadership, and operations stakeholders to implement scalable programs that recognize top performers, standardize best practices, and drive results. This position reports into Sales and Delivery Learning and Development.

This role can be located at any US Sales, Service and Delivery location.


What You'll Do
  • Lead Field Excellence Programs:Design, launch, and manage initiatives to enhance field excellence
  • Develop and Execute Recognition Programs:Create and oversee Sales & Delivery recognition framework, such as awards, incentives, leaderboards, and spotlight events, to motivate field teams and celebrate outstanding contributions in sales, delivery, and customer experience
  • Project Management:Own end-to-end project lifecycles for multiple initiatives, from scoping and planning to execution, tracking, and post-implementation analysis
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, delivery, HR, and field teams to align programs with business goals, gather feedback, and iterate on program effectiveness
  • Performance Analytics:Track key metrics (e.g., program participation, ROI, field adoption rates, employee engagement scores) and generate reports/dashboards to demonstrate impact and inform leadership decisions
  • Event and Communication Management: Coordinate virtual and in-person recognition events, newsletters, and communications to amplify program visibility and engagement
  • Compliance and Scalability:Ensure all programs comply with company policies, legal standards, and scalability requirements as the organization grows

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in program/project management, learning & development, sales operations, or customer-facing roles, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to scope, lead, and deliver complex initiatives across teams while balancing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Strong facilitation and coaching skills with experience delivering content across all organizational levels
  • Exceptional interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a proven track record of articulating complex ideas clearly, influencing diverse audiences, and building strong relationships
  • Highly analytical and skilled at using data to identify root causes, measure impact, and drive action.roficient in Microsoft Office; including Excel and PowerPoint is critical
  • Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Demonstrated innovation in project management or learning initiatives, with a passion for exploring new ideas, technologies, and approaches to drive continuous improvement
  • Highly organized, with exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel for field visits and training execution, as needed

    Expected Compensation
    $88,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
